Kemp Excellence Foundation (KEF), based in Bengaluru is committed to advancing women’s football in India through structured development pathways powered by Kemp Football Club and Kemp FC Academy. The Foundation exists to create equitable access to opportunity using football as a platform to empower girls and women, foster education & build leadership both on and off the field.
At a time when women’s football remains significantly under-recognised and underfunded KEF works to bridge critical gaps in access, infrastructure, and long-term athlete support. Through professional training, competitive exposure, sports science support, medical care and structured rehabilitation programs, the Foundation ensures that talented athletes are not held back by financial or systemic barriers.
Beyond performance, KEF drives grassroots initiatives and community engagement programs that promote inclusion, confidence, and life skills enabling young girls to see football not just as a sport, but as a viable pathway to growth, leadership, and career opportunities.
